Delivery is where years of evidence, planning, partnerships and design would become a physical destination.
What we would be working towards
If earlier stages succeed, the intention would be to deliver the campus in practical phases rather than assuming every element must open at once.
What would need to happen
Detailed design, procurement, construction management, recruitment, commissioning, safety, accessibility and opening readiness would all need to be coordinated.
Where we are now
This is a future stage and is dependent on the successful completion of earlier milestones.
