Accessibility

Accessible by design.

A website intended to be understandable, navigable and usable.

The Warwickshire Valkyries Foundation wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including disabled visitors.

Our accessibility target

The site is being designed and tested towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This includes keyboard operation, visible focus states, semantic headings, sufficient contrast, text alternatives, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support and appropriately sized touch targets.

Known limitations

This is a development website. It must not be described as fully compliant until a representative accessibility audit has been completed. Concept renders and interactive masterplans will require final alternative text and keyboard/screen-reader testing when the production media is installed.

Feedback and alternative formats

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, contact the Foundation using the contact details published on this website. Before launch, add the monitored accessibility email address and expected response process.

Assessment

The final statement should record the assessment method, date of the latest test, compliance status and any remediation programme. It should be reviewed whenever significant functionality changes and periodically thereafter.
