General enquiries
General questions should be directed through the main contact form or confirmed Foundation email address once published. Providing enough context helps the team route an enquiry efficiently.
Corporate partnerships
Businesses interested in the Founding 100, corporate partnerships, professional services or future commercial opportunities should use the partnership route so the enquiry reaches the appropriate team.
Community and participation
Schools, clubs, charities, families and potential participants can use the community route for questions about programmes and opportunities as they become available.
Media enquiries
Journalists and broadcasters should use the Media & Press contact route for interviews, facts, approved assets and project information.
Safeguarding
Safeguarding concerns should not be sent through a general marketing enquiry if a dedicated safeguarding process is available. If somebody is at immediate risk, use the appropriate emergency service.
Response expectations
The Foundation should publish realistic response times and confirmed contact details before launch. Forms should collect only information necessary to handle the enquiry and should link clearly to the Privacy Policy.
