Why this stage matters
Opening a building would not be the end of the project. The real test would be whether the model improves opportunity, participation, wellbeing, education, community connection and long-term value.
What we would be working towards
The ambition is to operate a destination that learns from evidence, improves continuously and shares useful lessons with organisations beyond Warwickshire.
What would need to happen
Strong operations, transparent impact measurement, financial sustainability, research partnerships and community stewardship would all be essential.
Where we are now
This is a long-term future outcome, not a current achievement. Its value will depend on the quality of every stage that comes before it.
