The campus should not be designed as a collection of buildings first and given a purpose afterwards. The physical plan would need to express the operating model.
What we would be working towards
Subject to site and feasibility progress, this stage would develop a coordinated masterplan showing how the major spaces could function, connect and evolve over time.
What would need to happen
Professional design teams would need to test access, landscape, infrastructure, building relationships, phasing, sustainability, accessibility and operational flow.
