Site & Feasibility — Finding the Right Place

A future campus can only move forward when the right site is identified and tested properly.

Status note

This is identified as a next-priority stage and has not yet been completed.

Roadmap milestoneSite & Feasibility

Why this stage matters

The proposed campus needs the right place, not simply available land. Location, access, planning context, infrastructure, environmental constraints, community relationship and long-term expansion potential would all need to be considered.

What we are working towards

The intention is to identify credible site opportunities and then undertake the technical and commercial work required to understand whether the project could be delivered there.

What needs to happen

Any preferred site would need appropriate due diligence, feasibility studies, planning advice, infrastructure assessment and development testing before it could be treated as viable.

Where we are now

This is a next-priority stage rather than a completed milestone. No site should be presented as secured unless and until the relevant agreements and checks are in place.

Help move the journey forward

What part could you play?

Major projects move forward through the right mix of community support, expertise, partnership, land, evidence and investment.
