Why this stage matters
Every long-term project needs a credible starting point. The first stage has been about establishing the Warwickshire Valkyries Foundation as the organisation that can carry the vision forward.
What has been established
The Foundation identity, early governance framework, public website, Founding 100 concept and first project narrative have been created. These do not mean that the wider campus has been delivered; they create the platform from which the next stages can be developed.
What this unlocks
A clear organisational base makes it possible to build relationships, test programmes, gather evidence, grow the founding community and begin more detailed development work.
Where we are now
This milestone is established. The focus now moves to strengthening evidence, partnerships and the operating model that will support the next stages of the project.
