Expressions of interest
Submitting an enquiry does not by itself create a binding partnership, sponsorship, investment or donation agreement.
Founding places
Eligibility, contribution levels, benefits, recognition, payment arrangements, tax treatment and any cancellation or refund terms must be set out in the final written agreement offered by the Foundation.
Project status
Future buildings, facilities, land, planning approvals, delivery dates and funding milestones must not be treated as secured unless the Foundation expressly confirms them.
Use of funds
Before accepting funds, the Foundation should publish clear wording describing how contributions may be applied, including what happens if a particular project target or phase changes.
